At MAX Mentors, our vision is a Canada where young Muslim professionals continue to break glass ceilings and achieve excellence.

We pair early-career professionals (0-5 years of experience), graduate students, and newcomers with experienced professionals in the community for one on one mentorship. Today, we offer our program in 5 Canadian cities (Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Ottawa/National Capital Region) and 1 US city in Texas.

Each mentor/mentee pair will be placed in industry focused pods where there will be 1-on-1 mentorship, a chance to build your network, and have an industry manager to help guide your experience.

Our program is outcome-based, meaning that all our mentees enter the program with a specific goal and a plan for how they intend to benefit from the mentorship.
